EU Batteries Regulation: European Commission Proposes New Exemptions from End-User Battery Removability Requirements
The European Commission has formally published a much-anticipated draft delegated act under the EU Batteries Regulation (EUBR) that would exempt certain product categories from the Article 11 requirements to design for end-user battery removability and replaceability. It is open for public consultation until 26 May.
